Deposits Payment & Cancellation 

Deposits for orders over $2000 must be made to secure booking

Final payment must be made by the day of the event

Direct deposit, eftpos or cash are possible payment options

If numbers change after payment is made, a second invoice will be sent

If orders over 50 pax is cancelled less than 7 days prior to event a 50% fee applies



Saturday surcharge 10%

Sunday surcharge is 15%

After hours fee's apply 

Pack down of Trader Bar Events applies $50



$20 - All food is delivered in eco disposable catering boxes unless requested otherwise.

$50 - for the setup and pick up of all platters and boards.

*Price may differ depending on location delivery distance as well as the size of the event

Cutlery, plates and napkins for sit down events up to 30 pax can be provided an additional cost other wise must be hired. For deliveries for events of 15 people or less, eco disposable cutlery and napkins are provided. 

A kitchen set up can be provided at an additional cost of hire. ie ovens, cool rooms, cooking appliances 


Alterations can sometimes be made to the menu depending on seasonal availability
