Deposits, Payment & Cancellation 

 

  • Deposits for orders over $2000 must be made to secure booking.

  • Final payment must be made by the day of the event.

  • Direct deposit, eftpos or cash are possible payment options.

  • A cancellation fee of 50% applies if the booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to the event.

  • If orders over 50 people are cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event a 50% fee applies.

  • Any adjustments to quote must be made 3 days prior to the event. If numbers are 40 people and above 4 days notice needs to be given. Failure to do so results in a 25% surcharge of the invoice total.

  • Platter surcharge includes collection next day- $80

  • Loss or breakages result in a replacement fee

Surcharges

Saturday surcharge 10%

Sunday surcharge/public holidays 15%

After hours fee's apply 

Trader Bar cleaning fee $60

 

Delivery

$20 - All food is delivered in eco disposable catering boxes unless requested otherwise within Darwin CBD

Minimum $250 spend for delivery weekdays

Minimum spend of $600 for weekends 

$150- For the setup and pick up of all graze tables in Darwin CBD

*Price may differ depending on location delivery distance as well as the size of the event

 

Staffing

Kitchen, waitstaff, bartenders

Equipment

Cutlery, plates and napkins for sit down events up to 30 pax can be provided with an additional cost otherwise supplies must be hired. For deliveries for events of 15 people or less, eco disposable cutlery and napkins are provided. 

A kitchen set up can be provided at an additional cost of hire. ie ovens, cool rooms, cooking appliances.

Any platters or service equipment that is damaged or broken will be charged at purchase price to the client.
